If you were hoping to get more proactive about your binge-watching plans in 2018, you're in luck.

AT&T has developed a new marathon streaming data calculator, which tells you exactly how many hours (and days) it will take to burn through the next show you decide to binge.

The calculator lets you select from a list of popular television shows and select which season you're planning on watching (don't worry, there's an "all seasons" option as well). After you make your selection, the calculator spits out a series of numbers, including the amount of data the binge session will count against your plan—as well as the time it'll take to watch all the episodes. Try it out for yourself here.

We gave it a spin and found out that you'll need 74 hours (3.1 straight days) to re-watch all nine seasons of The Office. The calculator kindly reminds you that it would have taken you 9.3 workdays to complete the binge session if it was your job. Or, if you're planning on taking a slow and steady approach, you'll need 37.2 nights to complete the series.

The tool also reveals that it would take an incredible 229 hours (9.5 straight days) to watch all 618 episodes of The Simpsons.

Currently, the marathon streaming calculator only lists 50 shows in its database, but you can head over to BingeClock.com if you want to find out how long it'll take to watch more obscure shows and film series. Happy binging!
