Cops sometimes pull questionablemoves, but so far no incident has been quite as strange as one that occurred in Texas back in August of 2014. Patrick Quinn, then a Cy-Fair Independent School District police officer, pulled a woman over for her allegedly expired car insurance, Click2Houston reports. He claimed he smelled marijuana in her vehicle, searched her car, and said he'd discovered drug paraphernalia. Then he did something unusual: He told the woman he'd let her go if she'd let him smell and lick her feet.

Incredibly, the woman agreed, but Quinn changed his mind at the last minute and asked for her underwear instead. When she offered it to him, he changed his mind again and let her go. The woman reported the incident to police the next day, and an investigation into Quinn's background found three more people from whom he'd demanded sexual favors. Assistant District Attorney Allison Buess said Quinn's career as an officer is pretty much over:

The reality is many victims of this kind of conduct don't come forward, but because of the courage of the victims who spoke up, Mr. Quinn will never again be able to use a badge to prey on the people he should have been protecting.

Quinn was sentenced to a year in Harris Count jail—no word on whether he's still into foot licking.
