Fans are still conspiring about Latto and 21 Savage being in a relationship, even after both rappers denied it.
On Monday, the “Big Energy” MC wound up clapping back at a Twitter troll who accused her of being a side chick. To commemorate her “Lottery” collaboration with Lu Kala entering the No. 83 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, the artist posted some celebratory emojis. In response, a user quoted the tweet with a snarky retort, writing, “your first entry in a year.”
Latto wrote back, “your first – nvm,” pointing out that the troll has presumably never charted.
The same user then referred to fans speculating about her and 21, tweeting, “You want to talk about first like you haven’t been playing second as a mistress for 3 years.”
The Atlanta native confirmed that she and her man live together, clearing up the false accusation. “I whole ass LIVE w my man Ion even CUM 2nd!”
She added, “Yall need to get off them tea pages & go touch grass! My privacy is driving u up a wall. Mistress to who? Why they don’t see the cars, diamonds, etc? Cause yall know Im spoiled 2 DEATH! Uon know me & Uon got it figured out like AT ALL.”
Dragging the conversation on, the user wrote, “Oh girl, the Cardi formula. This is not going to get Lottery the streams it needs. … Please find somebody to play with while 21 with his kids and wife.”
Concluding the interaction, Latto tweeted, “Bye! My man just rolled me a blunt!”
Shortly beforehand, Latto took to her TikTok to confirm that 21 Savage is not her man. “Did she actually say she’s with 21?” a user commented underneath her video. Latto responded directly, saying, “No, I’ve said I’m not plenty of times.”
Savage also denied relations with the Grammy nominee in an interview with Hot 97. “I don’t got a celebrity girlfriend,” he confirmed.
