Quarantine hasn’t stopped Benny the Butcher from releasing solid projects. Yet now that people are getting vaccinated and the world is opening up, the BSF boss is ready to take his new work on the road.

Benny unveiled his Burden of Plugs Tour on Friday. The 20-plus city tour will be making stops in Atlanta, Detroit, Boston, Chicago, and more. And judging by the run’s name, Benny will highlight his album with Hit-Boy, Burden of Proof, and his newly released project, Plugs I Met 2.

“It’s up! The Burden of Plugs Tour. Get your tickets,” Benny captioned a graphic of the tour stops and dates on his Instagram. “IM BACK!”

The tour is set to kick off on Oct. 7 in Atlanta and closeout on Nov. 19 with a show in Austin, Texas. Benny is one of the first artists to open himself back up to taking shows since the pandemic shut down touring. Along with this brave move, Benny is planning on showering fans with more music soon.

During an interview with Bootleg Kev, Benny teased a possible collab tape with Griselda brother Conway The Machine, talked about his unreleased Drake tracks, and even recalled a time he almost got a feature from Jay-Z.

“He had an idea,” Benny said at the conversation’s 32 minute mark. “And I flew [to Los Angeles] to do the song with him. But, he was moving around and doing shit. … I never got to chop it up.”
