Trippie Redd, whose Instagram profile pic is currently a shot of "Who Run It" collaborator Lil Yachty, is delving further into full-on rock territory.

Early Monday, Redd shared a clip of a new track tentatively titled "How You Feel, Trip?" boasting a squealing guitar melody and a generally somber vibe that's perfect for these last few weeks before hellacious summer heat knocks us all out of commission. The snippet, though brief, points to an exciting new chapter for Redd. Hear it for yourself below.

As fans await Redd's debut studio album, there's been plenty of new cuts to keep impatience at bay. Last year, Redd released A Love Letter to You parts 1 and 1, in addition to a string of EPs including Angels and Demons with Lil Wop. Redd and Yachty have also been working on something in the studio together in recent weeks.

Within hours of appearing all over each other's respective Instagram pages, the superduo joined the growing number of artists to have released a new "Who Run It" freestyle in 2018.

Redd is also planning to drop a Dedication-esque tape at some point. The most immediately iconic collaboration on his itinerary, however, is arguably the one with Marilyn Manson. "His management got in contact with us, so me and Marilyn Manson gonna make something," he toldHotNewHipHop last month. "It's gonna be an amazing song."
