Playboi Carti Fan Goes Flying Into Crowd After Stage-Crashing

An unknown dumbass rushed the stage during Playboi Carti's Trillectro set this weekend before flailing his way back into the crowd.

The longstanding tradition of dumbasses rushing the stage and expecting anything other than a supremely negative reaction continued this weekend during a Playboi Carti set.

In footage of the incident, an unknown individual—presumably moved by the raw power of the Carti catalog—is seen swiftly approaching Carti between songs. Though it's hard to tell for sure from the footage released thus far, Carti appears to throw a punch at the dumbass in question before security approaches. The crasher eventually returns to the crowd in much the same way he exited. The stage-crashing appears to have occurred during the 2018 edition of Trillectro, a multi-genre festival set at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.

Moved by the music or not, this is not what you should do at shows:

Carti is currently on the road in support of his excellent debut album Die Lit, which dropped via Interscope and AWGE back in May. Sadly, we are still awaiting the release of a previously teased collaborative project with Lil Uzi Vert, who's definitely in full-on Eternal Atake mode at the moment. The last we heard of the Damned-influenced project, the two had as many as 100 potential songs already in the bag. Last month, the tentatively titled "Big Bank" surfaced.
