Megan Thee Stallion returned to Power 106 on Monday to drop a new freestyle for L.A. Leakers, where she glided over Warren G and Nate Dogg’s 1994 hit “Regulate.”

During her first visit to the show in three years, Meg used the occasion to call out her label.

“These bitches don’t like me but I got to make them hate me,” she raps in the clip above. “How you want to be me, at the same time wanna shade me? I be making money on the muthafucking daily. Got my label mad but them n***as gotta pay me.”

Tina Snow’s little douse of shade directed at her 1501 Certified Entertainment superiors comes as she remains entangled in a lengthy legal conflict with the Carl Crawford-led label. Megan has filed multiple lawsuits over the past two years in which she’s accused 1501 of trapping her in an “unconscionable” contract that prevents her from releasing music.

1501 countersued the 29-year-old in March, claiming Meg’s 2021 tape Something For Thee Hotties wasn’t an album and didn’t meet her contractual obligations. To make matters worse, tensions between the pair hit a fever pitch after Meg experienced a reported song leak from within her own camp.

“I can’t catch a break my label hate me and my shit always leak,” she wrote in an Instagram Story. “At this point invite the hotties to the studio and shoots.”

She added on Twitter, “Why continue to choose peace when everyone else choosing violence??? Lol I got money I PAY FOR ALOT OF MY OWNNNN SHITTTTT I’ll start from scratch bc I’m a mf hustler BABYYYY.”

Despite it all, Megan Thee Stallion has continued to chip away at her highly anticipated sophomore album, which she told Rolling Stone in June is officially finished. While no release date or title has been announced, the Houston rapper has dropped off two singles from the project, one of them being “Plan B” and the other being “Pressurelicious” featuring Future.
