Drake has joined forces with corridos artist Chino Pacas.
The collaboration was confirmed last week when the Mexican-born Chino released the official tracklist for his debut album, Que Sigan Llegando Las Pacas. Drizzy was credited on cut No. 7, “Modo Capone,” along with the Mexican band Fuerza Regida.
The project arrived at midnight Friday (Oct. 18), which also marked Chino’s 18th birthday.
“October 18 My 1st Album,” he captioned the Instagram carousel, teasing a “Modo Capone” music video.
The video features Chino and Drake in a horse-riding venue with Fuerza Regida frontman Jesús Ortíz Paz, aka JOP.
Directed by Chris Villa, the “Modo Capone” video showcases the trio enjoying themselves on a ranch, where Drake delivers Spanish lines about money, Cuban links, and escaping to Toronto with a “morrita.” You can watch it above.
The song marks Drizzy’s first Spanish collaboration since Bad Bunny’s 2018 track “MIA.”

Fans have been hoping for a Drake x Chino team-up since mid-2023 after the pair were spotted partying together in Miami. Fast-forward to July of this year, when JOP shed more light on Drizzy’s entry into the Mexican music scene.
“He tapped in,” JOP said during his interview with Bootleg Kev. “He’s doing something with us. I have a record label, Street Mob Records, and that’s where we got Chino Pacas, and he’s tapped in with Chino Pacas. Chino Pacas is signed with me but we did with [Drake] for one album… [Drake] has a new label called PFL… We’re doing a collab. Pretty much, my label and Drake’s label are gonna help out Chino.”
JOP said the OVO partnership has been “a cool experience,” especially the work OVO has done with Chino.
“Chino’s great, man. It’s a different vibe,” he continued. “Chino’s been getting that exposure… He’s doing it, man. [He’s] got Drake as a co-signer.”
