I pity The Fool that hasn't listened to Ryn Weaver's debut album out earlier this week. Finding its sweet spot where lush story telling meets sky-scraping choruses, the album arrives like a starry-eyed surprise of undeniable, tender loving pop. Today the singer releases a very personal video for "Traveling Song." Dedicated to her grandfather Max on multiple live occasions, the song details their close relationship through carefully crafted lyrics with a love that's palpable and an emotional ability reminiscent of Paul Simon. It all makes for one of the most intimate, powerful moments on the album that is met with an equally touching display through the video made up of home movies shot by Max throughout Ryn's life.
