DJ and producer Kittens has long been earning her name in the electronic world from touring with Kid Cudi back in 2013 to reigning as the first lady of LA collective Athletixx. She's got a string of cosigns, too, from the likes of Usher, Skrillex, Gaslampkiller, Salva and ultimately A-Trak who signed her to his label Fool's Gold. As her first release on the label, Kittens decided to link up with Gladiator who has well established themselves on the festival circuit.

Titled "Cute," the track melds Kittens' brand of low-grinding electronics with Gladiator's gift for laser-focused riffs to deliver an unabashed call-to-arms that rubs in the revelry before exploding into a fit of warehouse worthy delirium. "I get a weird satisfaction from calling things cute that are not at all cute. Like this track is on some dark, super percussive, club vibes so the name is kind of a lol," Kittens told us over email. "Gladiator has the same kind of penchant for gritty, hard, hip hop influenced shit as I do and we've been friends for years so it was dope and easy to sit and bust out a track together." Gladiator added "This track is a blend of our respective styles and is perfect set ammo for DJs by DJs." The result is a crunching, industrial jam fated to fade with you late into the night.

Listen to our exclusive premiere of "Cute" below and catch both acts live this Halloween at HARD Day Of The Dead at The Fairplex.
