It's been two days since the footage of Solange attacking Jay Z in an elevator emerged and blessed us all with something to talk about rather than seriously important societal issues. And now, the rumor mill is in full swing. Yesterday, a theory emerged that the reason Solange attacked Jay Z was because Jay was planning to ditch Beyoncé and go to Rihanna's Met Gala afterparty. Today, a newer, more ridiculous theory has emerged.
Hollywood Life, quoting an anonymous source, is reporting that the attack had nothing to do with Rihanna, but was actually over Jay's friendship with fashion designer Rachel Roy—Dame Dash's ex-wife.

Furthermore, US Weekly is quoting a source who claims they know what Jay said to Solange that set her off.
"Jay said something small to her along the lines of, 'You are out of line,'" reports US Weekly.
But that's not all. TMZ reported last night that Jay and Solange went jewelry shopping together yesterday at Mr. Flawless. However, Mr. Flawless himself called Wendy Williams today to deny that rumor and say that neither Jay nor Solange were in his store yesterday.
The only thing we know for sure is that yesterday Solange deleted nearly every picture of Beyoncé on her Instagram account. Meanwhile, this morning, Beyoncé posted a bunch of pics of her with Solange on her Instagram. Afterwards, Beyoncé posted a picture of her with Rihanna at the Met Gala, as well. So...ahh...make of that whatever you will.
We'll keep updating this story as the rumors become more nonsensical (how long before either Justin Bieber or Kim Kardashian's names get linked to the story?) because seriously, no one wants to talk about anything else right now.
