Taylor Swift won the 2024 Grammy Award for Album of the Year for Midnights last night, but instead of giving her flowers, many are commenting on the fact that she didn't react at all to Celine Dion, who gave her the award.
Dion was the surprise presenter the show was touting all night. It was revealed months ago that she had allegedly lost control of her muscles due to stiff-person syndrome and she came out with her son Rene-Charles.

"So cringey for my soul," said one user on X.
"Taylor Swift receives her Grammy from the GOAT Celine Dion and she doesn't even make eye contact with her. Disrespectful," added another.
"I'm honestly shocked. Celine deserves better," was a frequent refrain from Grammy viewers.
"Disrespecting a West Indian elder is nasty work," added Desus, taking into account Celine's massive popularity in Jamaica and elsewhere in the Caribbean.
Users also compared Swift's snubbing of Dion to Miley Cyrus showing love to Mariah Carey when she won her award.
In what seemed like a little damage control later on, a photo of Swift and Dion hugging it out starting making the rounds on socials. I'm sure Celine didn't care too much about the initial snub, anyway.
