Moneybagg Yo doesnât throw fake money at his shows.
The Memphis native responded to a fan claiming he was tossing bogus bills at his St. Louis, Missouri show.
âMy son went to his first concert tonight. Moneybagg came to St. Louis,â the woman said in a video (below). âSo I brought my son to his first concert, spent $500. ⊠And yâall wonât believe this.â
She then pointed the camera to some cash, which clearly was marked with the word âcopy,â to indicate it wasnât real.
âLook at this! They are in there throwing fake money. Got my son all excited and they in there throwing fake money. Yâall, I canât make this shit up. Why even throw money? Throw that shit out the window," she told her son. "Y'all done hurt my son's poor little feelings."
Moneybagg responded to the allegations on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, writing, âYâall just wanna say my name for anything I see. I might throw ones but ion care how much money I got Iâm not throwing out real or fake hunnids. Wrong Man shit big Capp!!â
