The Game’s father, George Taylor, reportedly died unexpectedly on Wednesday morning at the age of 65.

According to TMZ, a family member reportedly found Taylor unresponsive inside his Apple Valley, California residence. A family member immediately alerted a neighbor, who then called 911. An ambulance arrived at Taylor’s home around 8:30 a.m. and transported him to a hospital, who was pronounced dead shortly after.

The coroner’s office is now investigating Taylor’s death, but sources told TMZ that authorities do not suspect any foul play.

The Game has addressed his tumultuous relationship with his dad throughout the years. In his 2012 Behind the Music episode, he claimed his father raped his 11-year-old sister while under the influence of PCP. The Game said he was 7 years old when he witnessed the abuse first-hand. The Game reiterated the allegations in his 2014 track “Bloody Moon”:

Taylor also spoke about the alleged incident in A&E's 2016 docuseries Streets of Compton, insisting he has never harmed a kid in his life.

“I just know that when I came back to my senses that I was standing next to the bed, butt-naked. I had no clothes on. I never knew where they went to, how I took them off,” he said. “[Game] didn’t see me do anything. Just go look at the police report. I harmed no kid. I put my hands on no kid. I did what I did. I took my clothes off…Nothing else was ever found that I was guilty of.”

As of press time, the Game hasn't commented on his father's passing.
