Vince Staples Takes Aim at His Critics With New Track "Get the F*ck Off My Dick"

Vince Staples made the following request to his haters this week: Either finance his early retirement or “get the fuck off [his] dick.”

The outspoken rapper made the proposal Wednesday with the launch of a GoFundMe campaign appropriately titled “Get the Fuck Off My Dick.” In an accompanying video, Staples explained the purpose behind the fundraiser, and laid out the conditions.

“You can decide to donate to the cause of $2 million, which will allow me to shut the fuck up forever and you will never hear from me again. No songs, no interviews, no anything,” he explained. “If not, you can choose to let me do what the fuck I want to do, when I want to do it. Get off of my dick, or fund my lifestyle. The choice is yours. Either way we appreciate you.”

It was trollish, passive aggressive, and everything you’d expect from the West Coast rapper; however, not everyone appreciated the stunt. On Thursday, Staples hit up Twitter to address all of the backlash his campaign has received, while also revealing the cover art for a new single also titled “Get the Fuck Off My Dick.”

As of Thursday night, Vince’s GoFundMe campaign had raised about $1,500, so it’s safe to say he won’t be leaving anytime soon. We're not mad about it.
