Lil Durk is headed to a city near you.
Following the release of his Lil Durk 2X album back in July, the Chicago rapper has announced he’s hitting the road for a U.S. tour in support of the project. He’ll kick things off with an Oct. 20 show in Missouri, and will hit cities like New York City, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Dallas, and New Orleans, before wrapping it up on Dec. 17 in Miami.
As a part of the 2X tour dates announcement, Durk released a remix of “Perky's Calling,” a track off Future’s Purple Reign mixtape.
“‘Perky's Calling (Remix)’ is just taking my fans down memory lane from when before I started rapping,” Durk explained to The Fader. “When I was in the streets before the fame. At times I reminisce on all of my fallen soldiers. When I heard this beat all of this came off top. I didn't write it down, I just let it flow.”
