Mississauga native AR Paisley pays tribute to his close friend and mentor, Sidhu Moose Wala, on his latest single “Legends Never Die.”

On the track, produced by Lazyeye, Paisley delivers heartfelt verses encompassed by a series of strings and smooth backbeats as he expresses deep agony over losing someone he held very close to his heart.

Wala was a famed Brampton-based Punjabi recording artist who was fatally shot a few months ago. His unexpected passing severely affected his loved ones and left a hole in his community.

“After facing the loss of someone very important to not only myself but our whole community, I wanted to put together something special to pay homage to his impact and legacy,” Paisley says.
