Myke Towers is well on his way to becoming the next big reggaeton star out of Puerto Rico. When I was on the island a few months back, it was hard to escape the sounds of his music. Everywhere we went, someone was either playing old school Salsa, Bad Bunny, or Myke. My boy and I were playing the Farruko reggae album that had just dropped and had "La Cartera" on repeat for a good portion of our five-day stay.

Speaking of Farruko, the reggaeton veteran linked up with the up-and-coming Towers for "Si Se Da" back in February, and now they're riding off the massive success of that version with the remix. This time around, Myke and Farruko tapped legends Arcangel and Zion along with Sech, who's fairly new to the scene himself. The reggaeton scene has taken a page out of Puffy's playbook: when you think they can't get enough of the first song, hit them in the head with the remix.

This rendition is produced by Montana the Producer and the video is directed by Fernando Lugo. For my English-only folks, the song is essentially about them hoping a shorty they want is down for whatever. So get your hookahs ready, clean the domino table off, cop a Henny Colada or a Nutty from the neighborhood plug, and let this teleport you to Dyckman after hitting play. Get used to Myke because you're going to hear his music wherever there's a high volume of Latinos. You know how we do.
