DaBaby took to Instagram after being released from jail to address his arrest and the allegations made against him.

The rapper, who was charged with battery, maintained his innocence in the post. He was released from Miami-Dade county jail over the weekend after paying $1,500 bond. DaBaby was arrested in Miami this past Thursday after reportedly getting into an altercation with a concert promoter that allegedly shorted him $10,000. TMZ reports that the promoter plans to sue DaBaby and his crew over the alleged assault. The rapper and his associates are accused of spilling apple juice on the promoter and robbing him of $80, an iPhone, and credit card.

"Please stop talking to me about that weak ass 48 hours I spent in jail and that failed attempt to break my spirits & interrupt the path," DaBaby wrote on IG. He continued, "Don't allow yourself to be used by janky promoters and lazy ass grown men itching for the opportunity to file a lawsuit that they won't win." He also went on to tease new music, "I encourage you all to kick back and relax and prepare yourselves for this new wave of music and entertainment I have prepared for you all."

It's not the first time DaBaby has teased new material since being released from jail. He previously took to IG to preview a Wheezy-produced track.

In other news, DaBaby will be in Indio, CA in April to perform at Coachella.
