Hailing all the way from Long Island, New York, HOAX (aka vocalist Michael P. Raj and bass player Frantz N. Cesar) have spent the last year or so furiously working away on their sound, and now the pair are back with a new single and the promise of their debut album, b? (part i), which is due in August.
That first taste comes with "More Than You Know", a dreamy, soulful piece of indie pop that makes impressive use of the handful of elements used to craft the song. Raj's feather-light vocals flitter gingerly through the track while the carefully-laid instrumentation gently guides the track along.
"More Than You Know" officially drops March 6 with the album following in August this year.
