As expected, Swae Lee has contributed to this week's batch of new music.
On Friday night, the Rae Sremmurd member dropped off "Back 2 Back Maybach"—his first solo release of 2020.

"Using the cash as an offerin'/Smokin' and drinkin' on contraband/I'm with the gang and we walkin' in," he sings over the 808-driven beat. "... All my life I had to fight/Did I manage to survive?/Will I ever find a wife?"

The song arrives as Swae prepares to release the follow-up to his 2018 debut solo album Swaecation. The 26-year-old artist spoke about the project in summer 2019, shortly after he delivered "Sextasy" and "Won't be Late" featuring Drake. He initially told fans the album would drop ahead of his current tour with Post Malone, but we've yet to get an official release date.
