The single was released on Thursday night and will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack for DC Comics' new film, Birds of Prey. The collaboration was first teased last month when Megan shared stills from the video shoot with her social media followers. Also, Normani's close collaborators, Tayla Parx and Kameron Glasper, posted photos of the video to their respective social media pages.
Along with being two exciting artists in music, both Normani and Megan Thee Stallion have Houston roots. That connection only adds to the hype surrounding their single.
Megan Thee Stallion finished out her 2019 in incredible fashion. After taking over the summer, she was rewarded by being added to the Bud Light Super Bowl fest. Megan also brought in the New Year by partying with another proud Houston native, Beyonce. As for Normani, she has been heating up the airwaves with singles like "Motivation" all year. This led Ariana Grande to tap her as a supporting act on her Sweetener World Tour.
