DaBaby is committed to his fans.

On Thursday night, he was set to travel from New York to Charlotte, North Carolina for Power 98 FM’s Winter Block Party at the Bojangles' Coliseum. However, he didn’t make it to his hometown show because he was having some technical problems with his jet.

“I’m mad as hell,” he said on his Instagram Story. In another post, he wrote, “I’m sorry Charlotte.” He also shared a photo of the inside of the plane, with the caption, “Maintenance issue on this weak ass jet. Night of the hometown shown.”

But he didn’t let that stop him. He had the production team at Bojangles put him on a large screen where he FaceTimed the audience and explained what happened. He also performed a few of his hits for fans.

Earlier this week, DaBaby was included in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list for 2020, which highlights “600 young leaders and entrepreneurs” across different industries. The rapper has also earned two Grammy nominations.
