Travis Scott is known for his energetic and wild concerts. Yet like the wrestling icon whom he shares the same pseudonym with, sometimes Cactus Jack taking it to the extreme can cause bodily harm. This is exactly what happened when the rapper took a spill during his headlining set at Day 1 of Rolling Loud in New York.

Although he was able to soldier through the rest of the show, sources close to Scott tell TMZ that he might have to go under the knife to repair his knee.

Insiders claim that Travis saw orthopedic specialist, Dr. Neal ElAttrache, this week at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles. Dr. ElAttrache told Scott that he either stretched or torn his patellar tendon.

The doctors are now waiting a few days to see if the and pain will subside on its own. But depending on the severity of the injury, it could need to be surgically repaired. Those around Scott think  he will do surgery so that he can get back to full strength as soon as possible.
