Another woman is claiming Future is the father of their child and he refuses to provide for their baby.
According to TMZ, Cindy Renae Parker has filed legal documents in Nueces County, Texas that claim Future is the father of her three-month-old son, Legend Ary Wilburn. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ that Parker never wanted to take Future to court. Initially, the rapper consented to a paternity test. Yet, he's been ducking her since their agreement, forcing Parker to get the court involved. A Texas judge reportedly gave Parker permission to serve Future with paternity papers in Georgia, but she's been unable to find him.
This adds to Future's on-going paternity issues. In August, Eliza Seraphin (Eliza Reign) filed a paternity lawsuit against the rapper. Similar to Parker, Seraphin claims that Future shared a daughter with her but is refusing to accept financial responsibility. This prompted her to go on the offensive against Future. In addition to her lawsuit, she's publicly called Future a "deadbeat" on multiple occasions.
Future responded to these accusations the only way he knows how. Earlier this month, Future's friend and close collaborator, Big Bank DTE, shared a clip of Future in the studio working on a new song. In the video, Future can be heard crooning, "I don't know her name, but she had my child."
Fans assumed this was in reference to Seraphin but now it could apply to her and Parker. If Future is found to be the father of both Parker and Seraphin's children, then he would have a total of eight kids.
