Young Thug took to Instagram early Tuesday to send messages and show love for a number of people in his life, shouting out his family, friends, fellow artists, and his girl, Karlae over the course of 15 videos.

In the first clip, Thugger thanked his mom, saying he prays for her to get everything she’s ever wanted in life. He wished the same for his dad, with the hope that his dad will come to terms with the fact that Thug is misunderstood. “I pray that my dad don't ever lose his mind to make people understand me,” the rapper said. Thug made a separate video for his six children and their mothers, hoping they grow and don’t have any “problems with relationships.”

In other videos, he prayed for his friends and fellow artists: Gunna, Lil Duke, Lil Keed, JAY-Z, and Diddy, among others. Thug also prays for the “love of his life,” Karlae, whom he hopes keeps the same heart but “blows up faster than life,” even though she’s shy.

Last Friday, news emerged that Young Thug was reportedly targeted in a drive-by shooting. The incident allegedly occurred at around 6 a.m. on I-95 in Miami, hours after Thug's performance at LIV Nightclub.

However, later that day, a spokesperson for Thugger denied reports that the rapper was involved in the shooting. The source told TMZ: “[Thug] did not get shot at ... somebody took a shot at the car DJ Keyz was in. He is fine. It was a minor injury and not serious. Young Thug was long gone and not involved.”

Thug himself also denied the shooting: “Ain't nobody shot no gun at me.”
