Nipsey Hussle murder suspect Eric Holder was reportedly involved in a violent altercation just an hour before the rapper was killed.

According to statements obtained by TMZ, two women told Los Angeles County prosecutors their male friend was attacked by Holder the day of Hussle's death. Per their account, Holder and the victim lived in the same apartment complex and the man sometimes sold Holder weed. At around 2 p.m. on March 31, Holder allegedly went to the man's apartment and accused him of selling him laced weed.

TMZ's accounts says the two went into the hallway to discuss the accusations but Holder was "breathing very heavily and appeared very excited and very agitated." When the victim tried to remove himself and return to his apartment, Holder allegedly pistol-whipped him in the back of the head. Although he was knocked to the ground, the man was still conscious enough to see Holder's silver semi-automatic gun. After it was revealed that Holder was the main suspect in Hussle's killing, the man recounted the story to his friends.

While they admit their friend sold Holder $10 worth of weed, the women assured authorities it came from a dispensary and wasn't laced. The women's lawyer also explains the man was hesitant to take the attack to authorities because he was selling drugs and Holder is a known gang member.
