Though it's really none of our business, the splitting of Demi Lovato and Henry Levy is now being reported as having occurred.

According to a People source, Lovato and Levy's dating has come to an end four months after being spotted together in Los Angeles by the usual suspects. Furthermore, Levy—a fashion designer—was reportedly "never the singer's sober companion." By the People detectives' account, Lovato and Levy started up a romantic relationship shortly after the singer's exit from a rehab facility in November.

Earlier this week, previous reports of Lovato re-entering a rehab facility were clarified to note that no relapse had occurred. "She has not relapsed since she overdosed," a source said Tuesday. "She did recently go to a facility, but it was her own decision. It was one trip to a treatment facility for a few weeks outside of Los Angeles."

Lovato's most recent studio album was the 2017 critical and commercial hit Tell Me You Love Me, which featured Billboard top 10 charter "Sorry Not Sorry." In June of last year, she released the candid standalone single "Sober." In the track's chorus, Lovato sends a message of remorse to her friends and family:

To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before
I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore

Two months later, Lovato shared an open letter to fans addressing her overdose and noted how transparency has always been a central element to her story. "What I've learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time," she said in a since-removed Instagram post at the time. "It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet."
