Lil Pump arrives at the Warner Music Group Pre Grammy Celebration

Lil Pump is known for being one of the more boisterous trolls in rap music. But on Wednesday, Feb. 20, he took that unofficial title to the next level when he claimed that he's the only reason that SoundCloud exists.

According to Lil Pump, SoundCloud exists because of him https://t.co/c0FR5UJVGh pic.twitter.com/rYGcpGUlqg

Although Pump is one of the most successful artists to find their footing on the online platform, this just feels like more of the bravado that we've come to expect from Pump, similar to when he let it be known that it was proven by science that is indeed the "most lyrical rapper ever."

It’s scientifically proven that I’m the most lyrical rapper of all time

Naturally, Pump's statistically unfounded claim has the "real rap" internet in its feelings, helping set the stage for Lil Pump's upcoming debut album, Harverd Dropout.

I think SoundCloud came out before he was born

The album—which is set to be releases this Friday, will have several big name features,  including Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi Vert, and 2 Chainz.

👀 @OffsetYRN, @LilTunechi, @2chainz and more will appear on @lilpump's 📚HARVERD DROPOUT📚 album dropping Friday.
