The Carters have admirably high hopes for what 2019 stands to offer.

Shortly after pop culture's most powerful couple quite awesomely challenged fans to give the plant-based lifestyle a try this year, Beyoncé shared a look back at the best of 2018 via an "Auld Lang Syne"-soundtracked montage clip on Instagram. "Wishing you a beautiful 2019," she told fans in the accompanying caption.

The video, which surely looks way cooler on Instagram than the usual Best Nine year-ender, can be enjoyed below:

Of course, both Beyoncé and JAY-Z have plenty to celebrate as we all stare a new year in the face. EVERYTHING IS LOVE, the couple's first album together as The Carters, dropped back in June and was supported with a predictably massive sequel to their On the Run Tour. In April, Beyoncé headlined Coachella.

"We used to think of health as a diet—some worked for us, some didn't," Beyoncé and JAY wrote in the People-excerpted forward to Marco Borges' The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World. "Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible." Everyone, they added, shares "a responsibility to stand up for our health and the health of the planet." The two previously put veganism in headlines back in 2013 by way of Borges' 22-day challenge.
