Lil Peep’s legacy lives on.

Nearly one year after his tragic death, the rapper’s estate has releasedCome Over When You're Sober Pt. 2—the sequel to Peep’s 2017 debut album and his first official posthumous project.

COWYS2 spans 11 tracks that includes the previously released songs “Runaway,”“Cry Alone,” and “Life Is Beautiful.” Peep’s good friend and longtime producer Smokeasac assembled the album with the help of IIVI’s George Astasio.

“Pt. I and Pt.I were both recorded at the same time so there are similarities,” Smokeasac told NME this week. “Everything was demos originally and then we turned them into their final form […] Basically, Peep was going through a lot of stuff at the time. He was really started to see the attention from his fans and he was really growing […] I think both of us were using the music as a way of venting, almost.”

You can stream COWYS2 now on Apple Music/iTunes and via Spotify below.

Peep was found dead Nov. 15, 2017, on his tour bus in Arizona. It was later revealed that the 21-year-old rapper died of an accidental fentanyl-Xanax overdose.

Award-winning director Terrence Malick is producing a documentary centered on Peep’s life. Stay tuned as more information about the film becomes available.
