Actress and model Kim Porter, who dated Diddy on and off for over a decade, was found dead in her Los Angeles-area home on Thursday, Nov. 15. She was 47.

TMZ reports that the actress had been battling flu-like symptoms (and possibly pneumonia) for several weeks, but no known cause of death has been released. The website also shared the dispatch audio when paramedics were called to Porter's home in Lake Toluca. The call mentioned a patient in cardiac arrest.

Porter began dating Diddy in 1994 and is the mother of three of his children: Christian Combs (who is an artist known as King Combs), and twin daughters D'Lila Star and Jessie James. She also has a child with Al B. Sure!, Quincy Brown. The couple were on and off between their initial coupling and their final breakup in 2007, but Diddy raised Quincy alongside his other three children.

"Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time," Porter's representative Cindy Berger told TMZ.

Diddy and Porter's oldest child, Christian Combs, released his debut mixtape earlier this year via Diddy's Bad Boy label. In an interview with Complex, King Combs made it clear that he wanted to keep the spirit of '90s hip-hop (the same spirit that his father was instrumental in helping spread) alive.

"I personally listen to all of the '90s hip-hop such as Biggie, Snoop, Nas, Tupac, etc," he said. "Their authentic styles inspire me to stay in my own lane within a market that is doing a lot of infused music, although I celebrate it and contribute."
