Post Malone chose his name well. We already knew that he had a thing for extravagant delivery orders after he called in $8,000 worth of Popeye's biscuits to Coachella. But Postmates says that love for Louisiana's most-important export (fight me) was just the beginning. In the latest post for their series "The Receipt," the delivery service claims that Posty is their No. 1 customer, having ordered over $40,000 worth of delivery in a little over a year.
Postmates claims that the Beerbongs & Bentleys artist has "ordered nearly 3,000 total items, on more than 660 orders, in 52 different cities nationwide" over the last 400 days. That's an average of 1.6 Postmates orders per day.
Page Six reports that the rapper has a thing for all things chicken, ordering regularly from Chik-Fil-A, Raising Cane's, and others to get his fix.
The delivery service says that Malone's most-common order is a 12-pack of Bud Light and his favorite restaurant to order from is Popeye's. You can take the boy out of Texas and so on. And we can't say we blame him for his fast-food obsession. When you're constantly ducking death the way Malone has in the last few months, you don't have time to wait on courses.
Malone has shared more than just his money with Postmates. The rapper made headlines when he tipped one of the service's delivery drivers with a copy of the then-unreleased Bentleys album.
