In her remix of “Gucci Flip Flops,” Bhad Bhabie’s original guest star Lil Yachty taps out in favor of two verses from veteran rappers Plies and Snoop Dogg.
These features are far from random. Snoop posted a clip of himself listening to the original version this summer, after it was released back in March. Bhabie called Plies one of her biggest influences in a previous interview with Complex, and the fellow Florida rapper has definitely returned the love. In a post on her Instagram, the 15-year-old praises the two “legends” for joining her track. Listen to the remix in the video linked up top.
Last month Bhabie released her debut project 15, featuring the original cut of “Gucci Flip Flops.” With this remix, Bhabie once again proves she can hold her own with fresh and seasoned rappers, after recruiting YG, Lil Baby, City Girls, Ty Dolla Sign, and more for her mixtape.
