Following Quavo's successful solo project Quavo Huncho, Takeoff is ready to embark on his own solo venture. According to HipHop-N-More and Billboard, Quality Control announced the release at a listening party on Tuesday night at the Record Plant studios in Los Angeles, CA. The project is titled The Last Rocket and will drop on Nov. 2.

The release is around the corner, which means we should see some promotion for the album soon enough. There's no news yet on features, but according to Billboard, The Last Rocket will include at least 10 tracks and production from Migos' DJ Durel and Cassius Jay. While Quavo dropped a few singles before his record, the majority was kept under wraps until release day.

The listening party brought together an intimate crowd to take in Takeoff's new tracks. "Takeoff is a man of small words, he usually lets the music speak for itself," QC co-founder P Thomas told the audience, per Billboard

We first learned Takeoff’s album was coming soon thanks to Offset’s mother Latabia Woodward. "It's still 3 of them," she said in an Instagram comment earlier this month. "Take is working on his solo album which releases soon after Quavo's. Each of them are releasing solo projects."

Quavo's solo project snatched the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, moving 99,000 equivalent album units its first week. It's unclear when Offset may be releasing his own album, but we do know Culture III is coming at the top of 2019.
