A year after her TV debut, Cardi B returned to Jimmy Kimmel Live, allowing the audience to marvel at her growth. In the past year, Cardi continued to break Billboard records, dropped her first album, got married, and had a baby. “It only been 12 months, I can’t even believe it,” she tells Kimmel.

The two talk about her first few months as a mother, and Cardi explains how Kulture “broke” her vagina during birth. “Why nobody told you about those things?” Cardi says. “Why nobody told me they were gonna have to stitch my vagina?”

Despite the pain, Cardi revealed she wants to have at least three or four children. And even though Kulture is only three months old, Cardi can tell she’s got an attitude like her. “She really is very demanding,” she said. “She’s very feisty.”

Toward the end of the video, Cardi talks about how her fame gets in the way of things she wants to do as a mother. “There are certain things I want to do with my daughter. I want to go to the beach with my baby. I want to take a stroll down the street with my baby. And it’s just like I can’t because I don’t know who’s next to me and who has certain intentions,” she explains. “I don’t want to show my baby to the public right now. I just want to protect her. I’m not like mentally ready, so it’s just like paparazzi be everywhere...I would like to do normal things, normal things with my baby.”

This video clip comes after Cardi went in on TMZ in a since deleted post. "You see you really pressed my button a couple of weeks ago when ya had photographers literally stalk me and my daughter when I clearly said repeatedly I don’t want to show my daughter," she wrote, after denying rumors that her next single was about Nicki Minaj.

Cardi returned to her IG story to rant once again about the photos, the false music report, and a ton of other consequences of her fame. “And, she's pissed because she claims that photogs were stalking her. For the record, we weren't involved in taking those pictures -- but they did come to us, and we did post them,” TMZ writes of the posts. “She also ripped into fan blogs, some she's had to block, and compared the music industry to the strip club biz.”

Elsewhere during her appearance with Kimmel, Cardi tells the host exactly what she would do if she was mayor of NYC—it involves rats and racoons (which she's also ranted about on Instagram). She also talks about the surprise birthday party Offset threw her, even though she hates surprises. Check out those clips below.
