Complex News' Speedy Morman was on location for the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards in Miami, Florida over the weekend, where he spoke with a number of attendees on the red carpet, including Lil Baby

The Quality Control member recently linked up with YSL's Gunna for Drip Harder, a 13-track collaborative effort executive produced by Turbo that showcases why they're two of the hottest rappers in Atlanta and beyond. Drip Harder is projected to move somewhere between 115,000 and 125,000 equivalent album units in its first week, an impressive tally that backs up the positive reception.

According to Baby, he and Gunna have a ton of material in the vault, enough that they could drop the sequel to Drip Harder whenever they felt like it.

"Most of them songs are like so old. Like we been had songs, we just put it together and just put something out, whatever we pick," he explained. "We could drop Drip Harder 2 today, like we been had them songs."

The project is anchored by the single "Drip Too Hard," which has already reached No. 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is picking up steam with the full release. Gunna, who also attended the BET Hip Hop Awards, said they know a hit when they make one. "Nine times out of ten, it's just like everybody else, it's like our favorite song. We done played it so much we like, 'Oh yeah, this the one.' And it be the one."
