Is Young Thug a free man? A short while ago, Thugger’s girlfriend Karlae posted a message on Instagram, thanking his attorneys, Drew Findling and Brian Steel, while announcing that "THE GOAT IS FREE."

A release from jail would be a long-awaited positive moment for Thug in what has been a tough legal run that has lasted for just over a week. Last Thursday, Thugger was charged with eight felonies which included possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone, and marijuana, as well as possession of codeine, amphetamine, Alprazolam, and a firearm. The charges stem from a 2017 incident in Brookhaven, Georgia, where he was initially pulled over by authorities of having illegal window tints before getting hit with the charges mentioned above.

On Monday, an arrest warrant in DeKalb County was issued for Thug. He turned himself in to authorities on the same day that the Atlanta native teased us a little more regarding what to expect from his upcoming album On the Run

At the time, there was no word on whether a bond had been set.

Things are looking up for Thug. Now we just have to wait for those sample clearance issues for On the Run to work themselves out.
