After a string of strong singles, Toronto's Lil Berete just dropped his debut full-length project, Icebreaker.
The eight-track offering is supported by the singles "No Makeup," "Time Flies," and "Migraines" and features production by a slew of emerging producers including Kenny Beats, Niko The Kid and Diztortion. The tape is a strong introduction to Berete as an independent artist with only a couple of features (by JoEazy and Acerr). At just 17 years old, Berete is quickly establishing himself as the next big talent out of Toronto, and this mixtape only offers further supporting evidence.
