J. Prince Says Drake Is 'Definitely Happy' He Didn’t Respond to Pusha-T

"You know, Drake is wise enough and sharp enough to know who he is, you know what I mean? He knows his abilities, he know what he can do, and he willing to live with the decision he made on not getting in the pigpen."

The Drake and Pusha-T beef reportedly came to a close when J. Prince spoke with Drake, advising him to take a step back. "My reasons for pulling the plug and having that conversation with him to pull the plug was simply because it crossed a line of music, you know what I mean?" he revealed in an interview. Now, he's letting everyone know how Drake feels about the situation.

During a recent appearance on TRL, J. Prince opened up on how Drake felt about the beef ending. "He definitely happy," J told Sway. "You know, we know that was the right decision, because it was a decision where they crossed a line where music was concerned, and we don't have no regrets about living in peace."

Explaining further, he added, "You know, Drake is wise enough and sharp enough to know who he is, you know what I mean? He knows his abilities, he know what he can do, and he willing to live with the decision he made on not getting in the pigpen." Drake supposedly had a "career ending" diss track aimed at Push and Kanye ready to go, but Prince thought it was best if it never saw the light of day.

"[Drake] definitely was ready to fire and I would say this, me and Kanye had spoke," Prince previously revealed on The Breakfast Club. "I don't think he would mind me stating we had a conversation. This could have been a career-ending situation where he's concerned and it also could have damaged, I think, a whole lot of livelihoods."
