KYLE'sLight of Mine album arrives on his 25th birthday, May 18, and now he's shared another preview of the highly anticipated debut. Bringing along 2 Chainz and Sophia Black, "Ikuyo," which roughly translates from Japanese to "here we go," sees the California rapper branching out even further.

Following the release of the super-fun video for the Kehlani-featuring "Playinwitme," the latest taste of Light of Mine has Black building up to KYLE's catchy hook with a Japanese pre-chorus. It's a low-key affair, but that all changes when 2 Chainz brings his high-energy delivery with another fantastic guest verse.

Despite his happy-go-lucky image with songs like "iSpy," KYLE recently revealed to HotNewHipHop that Light of Mine focuses on his experiences with depression, with the record structured like a book. "This album is kind of a step-by-step instructional guideline of how I overcame my depression, and how you can overcome yours, if you just listen to my story and hear my experiences.”

The album will also feature Alessia Cara and Khalid, who have previously opened up about mental health issues in their music, too.
