With Drake's album Scorpion due next month, he's teasing some more new music. During OVO Sound rapper Preme's album release party at the Empire nightclub in Atlanta, the 6 God took the opportunity to preview a new collaboration between him and Atlanta rapper Lil Baby.
Although it's not clear if it'll end up on Scorpion or somewhere else, the new track appears to dropping soon. It could very well land on Lil Baby's upcoming Harder Than Ever mixtape rather than Scorpion, but Drake does appear to given a hint as to who produced the song in the lyrics.
In the preview shared on an Instagram story, Drake raps, "Wheezy produced it and Weezy done made me," seemingly confirming Atlanta's Wheezy made the beat.
Lil Baby also posted about the collaboration on Twitter, teasing his fans that something is dropping soon. Lil Baby has been on a bit of a high as of late, appearing on OVO Sound Radio and even seeing his song "My Dawg" peak at No. 71 on the Billboard Hot 100. With a Drake collaboration on the horizon, Lil Baby is destined for even bigger things later this year.
