Ciara, who's currently pregnant, was reportedly involved in a car accident in Los Angeles Friday. Witnesses said Ciara was behind the wheel of a white Mercedes SUV when the vehicle was hit by a gray Volvo SUV on the front passenger side, TMZreported. Local police have responded to the scene. Ciara was reportedly seen "walking around and talking on her phone" following the accident:
Ciara was reportedly making a left turn at the time of impact. Police said Ciara and the Volvo driver exchanged information, TMZreported. Thus far, no serious injuries have been reported.
Ciara announced her pregnancy on her birthday last October. "On this special Birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family [sic]," she wrote to fans on Instagram. "I'm excited to Finally share one of the Greatest Gifts of All that God could give [sic]." In a post shared within minutes of Ciara's, Wilson called the pregnancy the "greatest blessing of all" and said he was "forever grateful."
The happy couple shared a Harper’s Bazaar family photo shoot earlier this week, a shoot that also included Baby Future. In the accompanying interview, Ciara said that Baby Future has helped her learn the "strength" of vulnerability. "Once you're able to really be truly truthful with yourself, it's life changing," she said. "You have way more compassion than you imagine, you're sensitive to the right things."
