When DJ Khaled says he’s up to something, it usually means you need to be paying attention to his latest move.
Over the weekend, Khaled shared some in-studio photos with Chance the Rapper. The We the Best mogul was secretive about what went down during their meeting, but hopefully it means new music is on the way. The last time they’ve worked together was when Chance was in Miami to shoot the video for “No Problem.”
On another note, Khaled also shared a clip of him playing street hockey with Justin Bieber. Once again, Khaled made it clear that he was up to something. As ambiguous as it sounds, fans are crossing their fingers that it’s a new Bieber tune. Or maybe Biebs was just giving Khaled some lessons.
Whether these meetings with A-list celebrities were for work or pleasure, Khaled is just a few weeks away from the 59th annual Grammy Awards happening on Feb. 12 at L.A.'s Staples Center. His album, Major Key, is nominated for Best Rap Album. It is up against Chance the Rapper’s Coloring Book, De La Soul’s And the Anonymous Nobody, Drake’s VIEWS, ScHoolboy Q’s Blank Face LP, and Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo.
