MadeinTYO’s Thank You, Mr. Tokyo was released over the summer and it was stacked with a few bangers like “Skateboard P,” a song that pays homage to Pharrell, Nigo, and BAPE. Now, the record gets a remix by Big Sean.

The G.O.O.D. Music rapper previewed his verse to “Skateboard P” on Snapchat last month. In the full version, Sean gets in his zone, delivering slick rhymes like “made in Tokyo, damn/just like most my clothes, damn/chain on skateboard P/Skateboard P be my OG.” He delivers more boasts on the K Swisha instrumental, showing us that these type of turn up tracks are his bread and butter.

Big Sean has been making a strong return to the rap game after releasing the Twenty88 project with Jhené Aiko back in March. This week, he shared “No More Interviews” that had him getting some things off his chest—including a direct line or two at his former G.O.O.D. Music labelmate Kid Cudi and the ongoing beef surrounding him, Kanye West, and Drake. He quickly followed that with another new record called “Bounce Back.”

Is B.I.G. Sean Don SZN upon us? It’s looking like it. Check out the remix to “Skateboard P,” below.
