SLMN, has mastered the silky R&B aesthetic that artists strive for their entire careers. The maestro's SoundCloud page is full of atmospheric cuts, armed with wisely chosen samples and drum patterns. Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, SLMN's ambient music is like drowning in a pool of watery 808s. The instrumentals are rich and hypnotic, and it's a trend that isn't slowing down any time soon. The producer is planning on releasing an EP, entitled 21 Sanford. To help prepare us for the wave of new music, SLMN is debuting "Too Much Time". The new single is an ethereal offering, and comes armed with features from Emerson Brooks, and Toronto rapper Luu Breeze.

Speaking with Complex CA via email, SLMN told us the significance of his new project. "21 Sanford is the name of the apartment complex that I grew up in. Although the building has no musical significance to me, the name reminds me of where I came from. This new EP is dedicated to showcasing the talent of artists that have helped me grow into the producer I am today."

You can listen to the premiere of "Too Much Time', via SoundCloud. Expect 21 Sanford, when it drops in the near future.
