ScHoolboy Q hit everyone with the quickness Tuesday, unveiling what appears to be the cover for his new album Blank Face, due July 8. The cover makes use of the notorious Jordan Crying Face meme, which—despite previous theories from none other than Ja Rule—earns Michael Jordan approximately $0.00 in meme royalties.
Given the hype surrounding Q's recent Kanye West collab "THat Part" and the general amazingness of actually (possibly, at least) using a meme as an album cover, Twitter promptly imploded upon news of Blank Face with equal helpings of confusion and excitement:
By Twitter's estimations, Q is either a genius or simply a genius-level troll. Or both. At any rate, everyone will be on the same page once July 8 brings the official release of Blank Face.
Update: Early Thursday morning, Q tweeted out what he claimed was the deluxe version of the album cover, featuring an obscured picture of Donald Trump.
