Kanye West is reportedly facing another lawsuit over sampling.

According to TMZ, Hungarian composer Gabor Presser is going after 'Ye for featuring one of his songs at the end ofYeezus' “New Slaves.” He told the outlet he gave West permission to use “Gyöngyhajú lány,” assuming a formal deal would be presented; however, Presser claims all he received was a $10,000 check, which he never cashed.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Presser is seeking at least $2.5 million in damages and copyright infringement.

This isn’t the first time West has been accused of using another artist's work without proper permission. In 2012, Robert Poindexter filed a $500,000 lawsuit against the rapper for illegally sampling The Persuaders' "Trying Girls Out" on his remix of "Girls Girls Girls" featured on the Freshmen Adjustment 2 mixtape. That same year, West was sued by record label TufAmerica for an uncleared sample of Eddie Bo's “Hook & Sling” used on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Less than a year later, David Pryor’s estate went after West for “Gold Digger,” insisting the lyrics “Get down, girl, go 'head, get down” were taken from a chant featured in Thunder & Lightning's “Bumpin' Bus Stop.”

In April of this year, Justin Baker-Rhett filed a class action lawsuit against West for allegedly misleading fans into signing up for Tidal, a streaming service that was supposed to carry The Life of Pablo exclusively. Baker-Rhett claims West and Tidal "tricked millions of people into subscribing to their services," as it was later released on Spotify and Apple Music.

West's camp was not immediately available for comment.
