Before Dr. Dre debuts his new album, Compton: A Soundtrack, later tonight on Apple Music, the legendary producer called into Zane Lowe's Beats 1 Radio show to talk about about the project. Dre not only talked about the process of the album and the work that was put in, but he revealed that he will be donating all of his royalties to build a new performance arts center in Compton.

As far as the actual album goes, Dre revealed that he wrote most of it with his two new artists, Justus and King Mez, and that the inspiration for it all came together from going to the set for the Straight Outta Compton set every day. Stay tuned for the official audio of the interview, and be sure to check back later for a stream of the album via Apple Music.
