People Are Convinced Trump Flashed Middle Finger During Talk With Astronauts

As recent history has shown, Trump has a habit of seemingly flashing middle fingers at suspicious moments.

Trump, a dumbass, is taking global heat from non-dumbasses once again.

This time, many are convinced that Trump intentionally flashed a middle finger gesture while speaking with NASA astronauts Christina Koch and Jessica Meir, who recently made history with the first all-women spacewalk.

The finger moment in question went down Friday as Trump spoke with the astronauts via video. As is typically the case when Trump opens his mouth, he said something in need of correcting. Specifically, after Trump said this marked "the first time for a woman outside of the space station," Meir clarified the historic path that brought both women to this mission.

"First of all, we don't want to take too much credit, because there have been many other female space walkers before us," she said, perGizmodo. "This is just the first time that there have been two women outside at the same time."

While it's impossible to know for certain what—if anything at all—was going through Trump's mind at the time, his Gizmodo-detailed track record with middle fingers has many theorizing that the move was no accident. At the very least, others have posited, it was a subconscious move.

Anyway, fuck that guy.

For Koch, the historic International Space Station moment marked her fourth spacewalk. It's the first for Meir, who's now the 15th woman to walk in space. Friday's walk lasted an estimated seven hours and 17 minutes and gave the two astronauts a chance to replace a battery charge/discharge unit.
